“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place so that you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” Paulo Coelho

You may have “done the work,” yet still feel stuck—longing for a deeper connection to yourself and a more fulfilling life.
Intensive Therapy and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy offer powerful pathways to help you move beyond what’s been holding you back. Together, we can release old patterns, narratives, and behaviors that no longer serve you so that you can rediscover your true self and live the life you were meant for.
Our work together will uncover how the past continues to shape your present. Through gentle yet transformative processing, you can heal and integrate those experiences—creating space for balance, peace, and courage, even in life’s most challenging moments.
Your healing journey is unique. We’ll co-create an Intensive Therapy plan tailored specifically to your needs, personality, and goals. Depending on what supports your growth, we may integrate approaches such as:
Together, we’ll help you reconnect with your innate wisdom and capacity for wholeness—so you can experience life, even its challenges, with clarity, balance, and authenticity.
I’ve been part of the mental health field for over 30 years, working with individuals and couples on their journeys toward healing and transformation. My approach integrates deep clinical experience with a holistic, person-centered perspective. I believe each person holds innate wisdom within—and when we connect to that inner knowing, healing, empowerment, and growth naturally unfold.
I am continually inspired by the human capacity for resilience and renewal. I’ve learned firsthand that anything is possible when we stay open to dreaming, exploring, learning, and growing. At 51, I put on skis for the very first time—and since then, I’ve completed the 50-kilometer Birkie race each year. This experience reminds me daily that with curiosity, courage, and the mindset of “I can and I will,” transformation is always within reach.

Accelerate Your Healing and Create Lasting Change
Intensive Therapy offers unhurried, uninterrupted time to deeply process grief, trauma, anxiety, and limiting beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. By engaging in focused, extended sessions, you can experience meaningful breakthroughs and emotional relief more quickly than in traditional weekly therapy.
This approach provides a powerful way to heal and create change faster by concentrating the work into longer or more frequent sessions over a shorter period of time. Many clients find that Intensive Therapy allows them to go deeper, integrate insights more fully, and sustain lasting transformation.
If you’re ready to move beyond old patterns and reconnect with your authentic self, Intensive Therapy in Minneapolis offers a compassionate, focused space for profound healing and growth.
A breakthrough approach for deep healing and transformation
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy is emerging as one of the most effective and promising approaches for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. If you’ve tried traditional therapy or medications and still feel stuck, this integrative therapy may offer the breakthrough you’ve been seeking.
Heal trauma and find freedom from the past.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain reprocess memories and emotions that are stuck in the mind and body. Through gentle bilateral stimulation, EMDR releases distressing images, sensations, and beliefs—allowing healing to occur naturally.
This evidence-based therapy effectively treats trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, eating disorders, and complicated grief, helping you feel calmer, more balanced, and free from the weight of the past.
Release trauma, rewire your nervous system, and rediscover your authentic self.
Brainspotting is a gentle yet powerful therapy that helps you access and heal emotional and physical pain stored deep in the body. By using specific eye positions (called “brainspots”), we activate the brain–body connection to process unresolved experiences at their root—without needing to relive traumatic details.
Brainspotting is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. It can also enhance creativity and performance by helping your brain move beyond old patterns.
In my Minneapolis practice, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Brainspotting, combining the neuroplastic benefits of ketamine with the focused healing of brainspotting. This integration allows for deeper emotional release, expanded insight, and faster integration of healing experiences.
If you’re ready to heal beyond words, Brainspotting offers a pathway to peace, clarity, and wholeness.
Heal at the root, not just the symptoms.
Trauma can appear as intrusive memories, mood changes, shifts in behavior, or physical and emotional distress. Instead of merely managing these symptoms, trauma-focused therapy helps you address the root causes, process unresolved experiences, and move toward lasting healing and well-being.
Release tension, rebalance your nervous system, and support deep healing.
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) uses a series of seven simple exercises to activate the body’s natural shaking or “tremoring” reflex. This involuntary release helps regulate the nervous system, reducing stress and tension while supporting recovery from symptoms such as chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and autoimmune conditions.
By allowing your body to discharge stored tension safely, TRE® promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
Heal and find peace after life’s losses.
Grief can arise from any significant loss, not just the death of a loved one. It may include the loss of a pet, health, routine, relationships, career changes, or major life transitions.
Using the Grief Recovery Method, an 8-week structured program, you will learn to process your grief fully—allowing you to remember the past without pain, anger, or despair, and move forward with acceptance, clarity, and emotional balance.
Build connection, trust, and lasting love.
Grounded in Gottman Marriage Therapy, Somatica, and The Wheel of Consent, relationship counseling offers tools, insights, and guidance to help you create a loving, passionate, and resilient partnership.
If you’re uncertain about your relationship’s future, Discernment Counseling can support you and your partner in clarifying your direction, exploring options, and making thoughtful decisions together.
Understand your nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate calm.
Using Polyvagal Theory, we explore how your unique nervous system has been shaped by trauma and life stress, bringing compassionate insight into why you “act and feel the way you do.”
Combined with mindfulness-based somatic practices—including meditation, breathwork, and body mapping—this approach helps you regulate your nervous system, fostering balance, calm, and resilience even during stressful or challenging experiences.
The first step in working together is a free, no-obligation call. During this session, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and the transformation you’re seeking, and determine how therapy can best support your journey toward healing and growth.
